The Alabama Ear Institute faculty is active in local, state, and national professional organizations as well as service agencies. Ongoing service programs of the Institute are designed to assist parents of children with hearing loss and balance disorders, and professionals involved in patient care. The Institute faculty is interested in meeting needs of these individuals and addressing issues regarding management of hearing and balance disorders.
Alabama Ear Institute is proud to participate in a Hearing Aid Donor Bank in cooperation with Starkey Foundation. You can make a tax-deductible donation of your old hearing aids, which will be reconditioned and dispensed to individuals who cannot afford hearing aids. You will receive a letter stating your donation for your tax records. Please feel free to drop your donations off or mail them to:
